1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility
Since honey is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns unless the product is received in a damaged condition or is incorrect.
3. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or broken jar, please take a photo immediately and contact us at info.krishnanaturals@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
